Water had rotted the sill plate and lower sections of the studs around the 3 exterior walls. There was also evidence of water coming in through the roof. Replaced the roof and replaced the rotted sill and studs. Replaced the exterior door, which had rusted. Also replaced a couple cracked tiles. Hung drywall on the walls and ceiling. The owner requested we keep the windows and trim. So we gave them a coat of paint before putting them back up. Put all new baseboard around the perimeter and new trim around the doors.
