Bathroom Renovation in Bowdoinham

I never get tired of working with these old houses - always so much character.

This owner wanted all new tiled flooring with radiant electric heating elements. Luckily, there was already wiring in place for electric heat!

In addition to tiled floors, they also requested a new bathtub with the walls tiled up to the ceiling AND two recessed shelves. After removing the old surround, I reframed the walls to accommodate the new recessed shelving and the additional demand of the glass doors and grab bar. Once all that was done, cement board, Redguard, and tile away. All looked good when done.

Some of the last major items were the vanity and the toilet, which was the fanciest toilet I’ve ever had the privilege to install with a bidet and heated seat. Finished everything off with a coat of paint and all is good.
