Dining Room Makeover in Auburn

This dining room makeover, though easy enough in theory, was definitely not simple. There was a lot that had to be done preparation-wise to ensure a nice finish.

It all started with 4 new windows, but the trim was old and breaking, so the owner elected to have each window re-trimmed. Replacing the windows and re-trimming was the easy part, but the walls all had to be skimmed and sanded smooth. And, of course, painted. There was a large section of the ceiling that also had to be repaired. Finished this project with new baseboard covers.
